Michael N. Kilpatric to Retire in December

AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) today announced the promotion
of Barbara A. Brungess to Vice President, Corporate & Investor
Relations, effective immediately. She is responsible for investor
relations and external communications for the Company, and reports
directly to Michael M. DiCandilo, Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer.
Brungess succeeds Michael N. Kilpatric, currently Vice President
Corporate & Investor Relations, who is retiring, effective December 31,
2010, and will provide transition support until then.

Brungess holds a Master of Science in Financial Services from St.

Politics from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA.
