The three members re-elected to the Board today were: Richard C. Gozon, Retired
Executive Vice President, Weyerhaeuser Company; James R. Mellor, Chairman, USEC
Inc.; and J. Lawrence Wilson, Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Rohm
and Haas Company. The terms of each of those elected today will expire at the
Annual Meeting in 2006.
AmerisourceBergen stockholders also approved an amendment to the Company's 2002
Management Stock Incentive Plan, and approved the plan as amended and outlined
in the Proxy Statement dated January 28, 2003.
